What is your delivery range?
We deliver everywhere in Las Vegas and surrounding areas, however, we only offer free delivery in Southern Highland (89183) and 10 miles surrounding (including the strip). It is $1.5/ mile after 10 miles. Please note that we cannot deliver to your hotel rooms or inside casinos, we can only do drop off at hotels on strip at valet area. Same rules in any commercial Building, please meet our delivery person at the main entrance.
What is your delivery hours?
Deliveries are made from 10am to 2pm ONLY. However, the time slot you choose is not guaranteed but we will try our best closer to your time slots. If you would like a delivery time outside of those hours feel free to contact us & we will try our best to accommodate. All arrangements are packaged for easy refrigeration if your order arrives early!
Can I pick-up my order?
Yes absolutely. My pickup location is Southern Highland (89183) by South Point casino.
How much notice do you need?
Preferably, we would need 2 days prior to delivery date. However, if it is last minute, you can still
contact us and see if we can squeeze you in. We try to accommodate everyone.
How can I book a catering event?

Do you offer private in-person workshop?
Not yet at the moment but possibly in the near future. Please fill out contact us form below and
we'll get back to you about availability.
Do you offer vegetarian/ gluten free/ special theme option?
We sure do. Every order is specially curated to your request. Gluten free and vegetarian options
are always available. Be sure to mention any other food allergies or dislikes.
What is the best way to store the box/ platters until I plan to serve?
Please refrigerate in the refrigerator until 30 mins - 1 hour prior to serving. Pulling it out 30 mins - 1
hour ahead allows the cheese and charcuterie to settle down to room temperature which is ideal
for consumption.
Ordering as a gift?
Please ensure that person is home or available during the delivery time frame to receive the order.
If you have to leave & can’t wait for us on delivery?
Please let us know ahead of time, unfortunately we cannot leave the board at the front door due
to quality assurance. We have to take it back with us. A delivery fee will be applied ($1.5/mile) or
you can pick up at a later time.
Can I add special notes?
Yes, we do offer complimentary card. Make sure put your message under "Notes/Special request"
Cancellation policy
Deliveries/Pick up: If you cancel your order 5 days prior to your delivery/pick date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 2 - 4 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0-1 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund.
